Are hotel transfers included in the tour price? Yes, round-trip transfers from your hotel are included in most of our excursions. However, for hotels located in distant or remote areas (such as El Gouna or Makadi Bay for Hurghada tours, a small additional transfer fee may apply depending on the distance..

During some excursions, you may be accompanied by photographers. Please note that they work independently and represent their own photo studios. This means they are not part of our team and are not official representatives of the online service. If you would like to use photography services, all matters (price, format, delivery time, and payment) should be discussed directly with the photographer. We strongly recommend clarifying all conditions in advance. Do not hesitate to ask: how much the photos cost, when and how you will receive them, and on which platform the materials will be uploaded. Please be cautious with advance payments. Pay only if you are fully confident in the quality and reliability of the service. Also, be sure to keep the photographer’s contact details. If you are not interested in photography services, simply inform the photographer at the beginning of the excursion to avoid unnecessary attention or inconvenient situations.

We understand that travel plans can change. If you decide to cancel your excursion or reschedule it for another day, please let us know as early as possible. This helps us avoid unnecessary expenses, cancel transfers in time, and free up places for other guests. We always strive to be flexible and accommodating, and we appreciate mutual respect and understanding. 1. Cancellation on the Day of Departure If you cancel an excursion on the day of departure, especially after the transfer has been arranged or during the transfer process, a prepayment may be required for future bookings as a guarantee of participation. 2. Cancellation of Private Tours or Tours with Flights If you cancel a private tour or a tour that includes pre-paid services such as airline tickets, transfers, or guide services, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers expenses that have already been incurred. 3. Group Excursions with a Deposit If you have paid a deposit for a group excursion booked for five or more participants and cancel on the day of departure, the organizer reserves the right to retain the deposit, as the funds may have already been used to reserve seats, tickets, transportation, and other related services. 4. Refunds for Online Payments If you paid for your tour online in advance and cancel at least 24 hours before the excursion, we will provide a full refund. Exceptions apply to private tours and tours that include flights, hotel accommodations, or other services that require advance payment. 5. Cancellation Due to Circumstances Beyond Your Control If a tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of either the guest or the organizer (for example, bad weather, flight cancellations, or similar situations), all payments will be refunded in full. 6. Important: Guest Conduct Guests who are under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to participate in excursions. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and any related claims or complaints will not be accepted. 7. How to Cancel an Excursion To cancel an excursion, simply contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram. The earlier you inform us, the easier it will be to adjust arrangements, release reserved places, and avoid unnecessary costs. 8. Missing the Transfer If you miss the transfer without prior notice and payment has already been made, the organizer reserves the right to retain part or all of the excursion fee, as transportation, seats, and services were reserved specifically for your booking. Please pay close attention to the pickup time, which is always confirmed the day before the excursion via messenger.

The insurance company is a separate organization, and it is the insurance provider that issues your insurance policy. This policy is valid throughout Egypt, not only during excursions but also within your hotel, on the streets, and at the airport. Your insurance policy contains the contact numbers of the insurance company’s representatives in Egypt, allowing you to contact them directly whenever assistance is needed. You do not have to rely solely on the tour operator’s representative you traveled with, as you can communicate directly with your insurance provider at any time.
